  • Influencer Marketing Kampagnen Support
    Du unterstützt das Team bei der Recherche nach den perfekten Influencer:innen & Content Creators - vom Sourcing, über Briefing-Erstellung bis hin zum Produkt-Sendout, sowie dem Go-Live der Kampagne.

  • Influencer Relationship Management
    Du wirst direkte Ansprechperson für einzelne Influencer:innen und kümmerst dich eigenverantwortlich um das Beziehungsmanagement und neue Anfragen und trägst somit aktiv zum Erfolg der Kooperationen bei.

  • Monitoring & KPIs
    Du trackst und analysierst die wichtigsten KPIs, um den Erfolg unserer Influencer Kampagnen zu messen. Mit deinen Insights hilfst du mit, zukünftige Kampagnen zu optimieren und noch besser zu machen.

  • Content Creation für Social Media
    Gemeinsam mit unserer Social Media Managerin setzt du Content für Instagram und TikTok um - sowohl vor als auch hinter der Kamera! Hierbei behältst du Trends im Blick und bringst in Brainstormings aktiv neue Ideen mit ein.

  • Ein starkes Interesse & Spaß an Influencer Marketing, Social Media, und digitalen Marketing Trends und hohe Motivation, dein Wissen in diesem Bereich zu vertiefen.

  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, sowie Organisations- und Multitasking-Skills.

  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau. Verhandlungssicher in Englisch. Weitere Sprachen wie Italienisch oder Französisch sind ein Plus.

    We are searching for a Junior Product Developer (m/f/x) - Berlin to drive the physical product portfolio of AVA & MAY into the future: from special editions, line extensions to entirely new collections and categories.

  • Support the product roadmap from concept to production, eventually taking full ownership of specific categories and ensuring all developments meet brand quality benchmarks.
  • Draft comprehensive creative briefings and oversee the entire packaging design lifecycle, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand alignment.
  • Lead rigorous hands-on prototype testing (burn/stress/durability tests) to identify flaws early and manage the physical sample library.
  • Manage master product data and material specifications, while overseeing essential admin tasks like approval workflows, decks, and knowledge repositories.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and transform launch data into actionable insights to optimise product quality and identify scaling opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches.

  • Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to translate product ideas into clear, actionable requirements for internal & external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) and experience with project management tools like Asana or Confluence is highly preferred.

  • Highly organised with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. You are comfortable pivoting between high-level project tracking and hands-on physical tasks, such as unboxing and sample organisation.

  • As this role involves daily quality control of scented products, you must have a keen sense of smell and the ability to handle fragrance ingredients and raw materials safely and consistently without sensitivity

  • Proven experience in a similar role (fragrance, beauty, or home decor) with the ability to navigate complex development cycles.

  • Prior experience in a high-growth start-up environment is highly preferred.
