Internship Influencer Marketing & Social Media - France & Italy (m/f/d)

Under the umbrella of #You, we are building the next generation of social media brands with the help of influencer marketing and strong brand-based communities. Our current brand portfolio includes the home fragrance brand AVA & MAY, the personal fragrance brand FAYNT and the influencer co-created brand CLUB NOÉ.

At AVA & MAY, we have set ourselves the goal of bringing the world into your home with unique fragrances and creating special moments. We are a fast-growing home & living brand that has already successfully established itself internationally. We are backed by a loyal community, hundreds of thousands of customers and an international, experienced team that is passionate about driving the success of AVA & MAY.

You spend hours and hours scrolling through TikTok and Instagram ? You have a knack for discovering new content creators before everyone else ? Then we invite you to join our olfactory journey!

Working closely with our team, you will be the contributing to making our most beautiful influencer collaborations happen:

• Sourcing & Casting: Identify and reach out to creators who share our love for travel, escape, and amazing scents.

• Relationship Management: Support our partners from the first point of contact to the final post. You will be their main point of contact, building strong and trusting relationships.

• PR & Creativity: Imagine and prepare personalized press mailers that enchant our ambassadors the moment they open their package.

• You are available starting September 1st, 2026, for 4 to 6 months.

• You are curious, dynamic, and not afraid to pitch "out of the box" ideas. You love testing new things and are eager to learn alongside us.

• Communication is your superpower. You are naturally organized, thoughtful, and capable of managing your projects with a sense of calm.

• At AVA & MAY, we don’t believe in micro-management. You will be fully supported and guided by the team, but we give you the space to lead your own missions. For you, autonomy is a playground, not a source of stress.

• You are fluent in French and English. Parli Italiano? Not a must, but a plus.
