As Junior Office & People Manager (m/f/d), you will combine classic office management with essential HR administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations and helping us create a workplace where people feel comfortable and cared for.
Your tasks

Office Management

  • Manage the overall office organization and be the main point of contact for all departments

  • Coordinate orders and deliveries

  • Oversee and communicate with office service providers

  • Ensure a welcoming, organised, and aesthetically pleasing office environment

  • Organise team benefits (e.g. digital team nights, lunch budget, BVG tickets, snacks & drinks)

  • Plan and execute company events such as launch parties, summer & winter celebrations, birthdays, and anniversaries

People & Culture Support

  • Take responsibility for the HR administration of our team of around 50 employees

  • Maintain and update employee data in digital personnel files and in Personio

  • Support in drafting contracts, contract amendments, references, terminations, and other HR-related documents
    Support our HR Managers with employee On-/ Offboardings 

  • Support with monthly payroll documentation for our tax advisors

  • Communicate with authorities, health insurance providers, tax offices, and other institutions

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on all HR-related questions (contracts, vacation, sick leave, payroll, systems, and processes)

Your profile
  • Excellent German and English skills

  • To ensure a smooth office operation and be the heart of our team, this role is office-based five days a week in our Berlin-Office

  • You already have some professional experience in office management and HR 

  • High level of empathy – you genuinely enjoy taking care of your team members

  • Strong organizational skills with creativity – especially in creating a feel-good atmosphere in the office and at events

  • Very structured and detail-oriented working style

  • Flexible, independent, and hands-on mentality
