Be a domain expert and owner of Marketing Analytics & Marketing Data
Create and maintain dashboards for various departments
Suggest and execute solutions that move the business forward
Define key KPIs to support effective decision-making
Support and develop self-service analytics
Conduct deep-dive analysis on complex topics to support key strategic projects, identify growth opportunities, and support key decision-making
Maintain, optimize, and expand existing business logic in DBT - following best practices already in place.
Proactively ensure data quality and compliance
Maintain close coordination with marketing teams (including Influencer Marketing, CRM, and Performance Marketing)
Drive impactful projects with various departments to increase their working efficiency
You have 3+ years of experience in Analytics / Business Intelligence, ideally in Marketing Analytics
You have 1+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or work experience in transforming and modeling data with SQL.
You have a solid understanding of how marketing data is generated in the front end and through third-party services, and how it should be processed afterward
Your SQL skills are great and you have a basic understanding of Python
You have work experience with version control tools like GIT
Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, obsession with automation
Curiosity and skills to research and solve technical challenges
Talent to translate business problems into effective data solutions
Ability to see the bigger picture and prepare your analysis outputs to always address the business question posed
Excellent English communication skills
You possess strong interpersonal skills for general stakeholder management.
Bonus points for:
Working experience with spreadsheets and modern BI tools
Working experience with Snowflake (or another MPP database), dbt, prefect, airflow
Knowledge of Python or some other general-purpose programming language
Practical knowledge of DataOps concepts
Working experience with dashboarding tools like Metabase
You feel at home with Marketing terminology and have a deep understanding of the dependencies and dynamics of the most important Marketing KPIs
