Your tasks

Assisting the Product Development Team Lead with the physical development of products, including unpacking and documentation of samples as well as updating stakeholders of feedback
Interfacing to our marketing, operations and customer care teams to align on launch timings, Instagram surveys, gathering customer feedback and updating of FAQs on our webpage
Data administration, file organization and maintenance for all products
Project management of influencer co-creation products in tandem with Influencer Marketing team
Conducting competitor benchmarks, trend analysis and store checks
Performing quality control checks and general product behavior tests
Supporting the Product Development Team Lead with data analysis of launched products
Checking of final artworks for compliance conformity

Your profile

Currently enrolled in a university or recently completed degree in Business Administration, Product Management/Development, Merchandising, Marketing or similar field
A knack for project management, structural thinking and an analytical mindset, combined with strong creativity and natural curiosity
Basic experience with Excel/Google Sheets
Great intuition for market trends in home and living, home wellness and fragrances as well as a strong passion for physical products
Fluency in English, German is a plus
